Is Russia Going to Slow Down Production?

One of the goals of the price cap, I think, was to institutionalize and extend this discount for Russian oil. It's really hard to forecast at the beginning of 2023 where all this is headed,. But it does seem like Russia is headed for some sort of production decline. And there's been a debate for many years about how well the Russian oil industry can see a drop in production and then bounce back.
