I think over the next decade, what we're going to see is if you look at it through the lens of the hook model, what's going to happen is that we are going to create what I call contingency. Contingency is when the user has changed the product and the product changes the user. And so that cycle is going to happen faster than ever. We're going to have generative content based on our usage patterns in a way that can customize to our taste and preferences in a whole new way. It's not just going to be for media companies. Essentially, I think you're going to be left in the dust if you are not customizing your experience per customer.
