I think at our core, we all want to be understood. Don't tell me about everybody else in my industry. Invest in me. Because what I'm offering you may not actually be the right solution and that's okay too. The right customer is no longer the customer that signs the deal for one year. You need to retain them for a longer period of time,. which means there has to be fit. So it goes both ways.
