Getting Out There and Becoming a Fly on the Wall

Pete: Good culture are things that we as owners take for granted. We have a client and staff leaderboard where we celebrate those things. John has recently introduced a pair of green clamps that no one is allowed to use unless they are going for a PR. All of these things exist and I just take them for granted. So the reason I say this for you is you know, send a tasteful, thoughtful email that says, hey, I'd really love to be a fly on the wall. Can you let me come in, just observe?
