Is There a Layer of Abstraction?

It's fascinating to me that we just like, since forever, we've been having these conversations about introbability. And even when we talk about the block chain networks, they're still very siloed in the way that they're built. There's a sort of questionf which layer is the inteoperabilitylaes and so clearly there are multiple layers for each application or function. Just as on an iphone, you don't have read right access to the file system sanap, and you don't need it. You just anser the operating system. It doesn't make any sense to try and move atset back forth between different things. We keep building things
