I've always been an avid reader. I knew what a concierge was, even though we didn't have any in the USA. When I found myself in London, I worked at the reception counter and I was very good at that. The being over there and seeing the concierge in action who I was introduced to, and they were like, my gosh, they were like the mayor of the lobby. In fact, at the Ritz where I worked, the Concierge desk was elevated. So you really are looking down your nose when you're speaking to that client. It's kind of like a gun sight,. How about you?
