Is There a Single Analysis Hook Endpoint in NIR APIs?

The problem we have with the pre with the old API in the compiler is that it has a single analysis hook endpoint. In the new from NIR APIs there's like several different phases which we can hope that the right parts of the analysis to do the proper cash analysis goes traversing the entire problem.
