The Local Maximum with Max Sklar

Is Lambda Locally Poisson?
Lambda is no longer a fixed value, but lambda is some sort of function. So then you could say, for that when you're plugging a function into, into Lambda, instead of calling it locally Poisson, maybe there is an alternative term. Or you could probably also model it as some kind of a periodic function where lambdas are changing over time and the events come in. We might not be able to meaningfully apply that to, you know, the likelihood of a, of a hundred year flood tomorrow. But we can if we're looking at a period over several years. Yeah, and now it's a flood and not a storm.
