Mindfulness Training - Is There a Way Out?

We are, in some sense, always on the precipice of vulnerability to challenge. When we offer mindfulness training to individuals over these high stress intervals, we can protect against that decline. If you give an underground over eight weeks no training, they'll decline in their attentional performance. But if you give them mindfulness training during that same time, and they're practising regularly, they can stay stable in their attention overtime. So there is a lot of power in what we learned from these high stress groups, but it actually does apply to all of uss - frankly, that's all of us right now. Yes.
