This type of store, it didn't follow that sort of Victor Grune model, right? It wasn't attached to a mall. These stores were often clustered together, sharing a central parking lot. And if I'm honest, I still mourn the loss of Zellers. No, and you are not alone in that. A poll that the Toronto Star did in 2021 where people voted on their favorite nostalgic mall stores and Zellers won.
