The Antithesis of Anxiety
I think planning and anxiety are very closely intertwined. I generally try to set a few goals for myself, you know, keep myself on like the right track,. Like I want to hit this fitness goal, or I want to learn more of this language. Or like read more books and stuff like that. And then I feel like those, I generally set myself up for success in the sense that they're things that I like doing, or I am already trending towards like interested in.
