Is Ultra Processed Food a Good Food for Your Satiety
One of the areas that have become more scrutinized now not only being deleterious to health but particularly can easily promote overconsumption for many potential reasons is that of ultra processed foods. The class of the classification system relates to degree of processing and i think they're in the context of our current food supply then becomes an important distinction to make because if we say ultra processed foods most people will likely think of a muffin or a donut. For example corn mince would be considered an ultra processed food because of its processing to produce the product but that doesn't necessarily mean it unhealthy quote unquote.
