Carbon Markets - How Much Will the World Want to Pay?

A carbon market is a form to buy the right to pollute. The idea is that if you are a country with a lot of omissions, mit want to make that number look lower. If a carbon market works properly, over all, global omissions are kept lower and natural resources are protected. But then it has to be accurate prizing of that cabin so how much will the world want to pay in order to take away 30 billion metric tons of seto from the atmosphere?
