The 49ers Take a Kicker in the Third Round

This is a team that I think a lot of people looked at, like Detroit is in the same kind of conversations, maybe taking quarterback at that top spot. Had Anthony Richardson been there, I think they probably would have picked him. This is one of those scenarios where you could have had your kind of cake and eat it too. You could have had that quarterback of the future and still built a pretty good draft for the here and now.
