The Crystal Box Is Worth 1,000 Gold Pieces

Inside the silver chest is a clear crystal box worth 1,000 gold pieces that holds a silver scepter. When the box is lifted from the supposed bottom of the chest, eight darts will fire upward. The one of two characters leaning over the chest, so as to be exposed in the line of fire, will take three hearts worth of damage. As you smash it and claim the scepter, a wooden arched doorway suddenly appears at the end of the room.
