How to Revitalize a Democratic Party in States Where It Had Been Left for Dead
Republicans are still thinking about their base and their base, those white evangelical Christian voters. They haven't found a way to make that work in a general election when they have to speak to a broader electorate. And I think we're going to continue to see that from Republican candidates if they don't find a message that speaks to people who aren't moved by the culture wars.
