How to Buy a House Before Your Children Leave Home
Charlotte is on the line from Nottingham Charlotte. She has been renting since December 2020 and moved in with her partner this year. Her rent was just under £700, two in a bit, bedroom house. And then it is now £1,200 a month. So for it is actually bedroom house, the other side of town. I would be able to pay it off in less than 20 years if I was paying the same on my mortgage that I am on rent. It means that I have the potential to buy a house before my children leave home.
