The Importance of Soft Power in Foreign Policy

I'm uncomfortable with that kind of thinking I think look let's just sink at the level of individuals let people consume what they want to consume. soft power for example as a tool for foreign policy and all that is really to my mind rubbish. Just because Akshay Kumar's films are doing well in China doesn't mean that they don't want Akshay, Akshay Ching you know so that's just you know as a foreign policy tool it is simply not there rather than soft powerWhat you want is a growing economy and you know then you can achieve whatever your objectives as a nation might be.
