Is the Housing Market a Bubble?
The housing market as it currently stands is a bubble. All speculative bubbles bust eventually. We're going to have to do something about these three corporations that can deny cities credit ratings. There's a land rush happening, and it's not in new york city or beverly hills. The real estate investors are paying millions of dollars for plots of land that don't even exist. So i think it shows something deeper about the crisis of new liberalism and n advanced capitalists.
