Social security, Medicare, defense spending and new taxes were all off the table at the beginning of these negotiations. Those are really kind of third rail issues. But something like work requirements for food stamps, which are already in place, they just made a little bit of tweaks to them. It's basic economics, but politics gets in the way of that all the time.
