A Shout Out to the Regular Chat Crew

Pershing was carrying on with his experiments while the empire was still functioning. He hooked up with Fernhertzag and Herzog was able to give him the resources so he could continue his experimentation. I think Herzog answered to Moff Gideon and I think Moff Gideon answers them to Palpatine or whatever Palpatine has cooking, whatever his plan. This is contingency plan.
