The Four Legs of the Table
The four legs of the table are four pillars, or mechanics, nutrition and mental emotional management. If you become very good at putting them together, you not only are a better athlete for yourself, but you're a better instructor if youre teachins. So when when you come to us your performance and your health aren't going to be a one legg table. It was those four presented themselves as the most important to that athlete's health and performance. And it wasn't necessarily because of impact per variable. The four components all fit together.
