The Mechanisms of the Constitution and the Election System

The political constitution from the 80s attempted to over represent the right wing. The argument was this provide stability, political stability that then went into economic stability. So what I mean is that you have two main coalitions and they share a lot of the ideas about markets. Both coalitions were very responsible about economic policy. And also there was no such a big polarization. But now it's more important to be popular and to be known by the people.
