Buddhist practices of breaking that down and holding away from clinging to those concepts is super important. I was talking to NASA's this weekend about, you know, if someone tells you that one brand is better than another, it's like hard to unsee that. They're the only ones because, well, we, I don't wanna get into that section, but the point is just that concepts affect how we think about something. And when we become aware that this has happened, our kind of knee-jerk thing is to reverse them.
