The Importance of Technical Background in Estimates
One of my most frustrating moments ever in my career was someone that I didn't work well with in the first place. We were like supposed to ship these features that we had missed that we needed in this new application. And so they asked for an estimate of like, when do you think this will be done? It's definitely important for leaders to have some sort of a technical background.
