Is There a Politics of Discrimination?
Philip Klein: What drew me to the right initially in college was not that i had any pre existing right wing commitments, but that the conservative professor was the buy asking in class, what is politics? What is the common good? Right? He says if you reduce politics to "the que bono who benefits?" then you miss enormous amount of nuance. Klein: I actually think that the broader, deeper questions are the more interesting ones.
