CNN's John Defterios spoke with Ivan Watson and Jags Smith, the co-founders of cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike. They say state sponsored hackers tend to be more intelligent than those who work for private companies. The U.S. government has been cracking down on cybercrime in recent years; China is also a major threat. "We're not tuning our own horns," they said.
