The manager plays a big role in this and say okay hey Bob you've got some work to do here we're going to put you through an enablement program. quickly figure out he look I'm not doing as good a job moving my early conversations into sort of truly qualified opportunities that's step one both for the rep and for their manager. We don't pay attention to learning unless we think it's going to help you know we need to have a reason to believe in a reason to invest.
