The time to exhaustion is much, much lower when your sleep deprived. Ike has a gol to hit three 50 on three and 50 pounds on binc here by the end of the year. I always say, like, my fitness is non negotiable. It's just not something i'm willing tog. If there's times when i travel ot without workouts, you know, it kind of soks like sa,. i dig i do get a lot of sleep. Well, my workouts ain't going to be good.
