Wootchen plays the, as we said, pacemaker doesn't work. He then reflects on his sister's suicide in a very extended and distressing flashback of him like holding her. The last scene is so weird. You cut to him in the middle of like a snowy forest. And you almost think, oh, is he trying to forget that any of this ever happened? But it does have this odd effect of just like, well, now I have an insurance policy.
