The Hungry Ghosts
In buddhist cosmology, ihave always found this really interesting. One of the psychic domains that's described is the domain of the hungry ghosts. The idea being that we have these powerful desires, riddled with desire, but never able to satisfy ourselves. So a reflection to night will be on how the practices of presence and self compassion can help get at the very roots of the grasping and the addiction and bring some healing.
