Joe Biden's Running for Reelection

Biden's mental faculties have declined massively in the last two years. The overwhelming majority of Americans know that he's too old to run. If they thought they were facing a new nominee, anyone, frankly, who is not Donald Trump, I think Democrats would jettisoned Joe Biden. He'll give a speech at the Democrat convention and that'll be it. And then he'll do one or two debates where they're pump and full of enough drugs that he will seem marginally competent. Say much more than that. Center, it's almost like he didn't even know that he was running for reelection.
