The Problem With Starting a Podcast and Leaving It

I'm the king of starting something, getting great initial success and then leaving it. I had a podcast in 2016 called mornings with FUSI ended it after a month. The part that worries me is the intensity. It's all like bang, big bang, super high energy instead of just kind of like a sustainable kind of nice thing that you can just do every day. But I really, really, really feel like something deep inside tells me that I can sustain it this time. And I hope so.
