Is There a Problem With Calcification of a Heating Elements?

Lauren in Mornetton wants to know how come when you switch on the hot water tap often the water is white for a few seconds and then it goes care again. We're thinking it's a potential problem with pipe sizing causing increasing in pressure as a naked scientist said causing the white bubbles. What about calcification around the element of a kettle or a big kettle the geezer particularly municipal tap water or maybe slow has a lot of minerals? Could the calcification of a heating element also have something to do with a cloudiness of water?
