Would It Make a Difference for the US to Speak Out Against This Proposed Legislation?

The Senate Democrats are set to hold their first hearing on ethics and conflicts of interest at the United States Supreme Court. They requested that Chief Justice John Roberts appear and testify about the court's ethics rules.
