How Do I Get More Clients to Refer?
A lot of times we see in the sales plan, what you need to look at is the culling down of relationships. So let's say I realize, wow, five of my clients refer all the time. The other 480 are doing nothing. And so again, I called it qualitative. There is a quantitative component to some of this too inside the buckets.
