How Do You Apply Powder to the Under Eyes?
Sarah used the charlotte tilbury number one powder too really like set underneath the eyes. The way that i did it is with a brush similar to this. It's not too dense, cause en you're just going to apply weigh, too much product. Instead of dusting off, like slicking off the powder, i press that excess powder into the under eyes. If you keep applying more than 1/2 an inch at a time then your skin will build up too much. And if you don't use enough foundation or concealer for two days in a row you'll be amazed by how smooth your under eyes are. I've been using these for years, and
