Climbing in the Cold Season
Pitch count is something that i do use as a coach, and it's something, i've used it myself. I think when you're in a position where you need that sort of mileage, or that mileage is going to be really beneficial for your climbing,. whether it's the mental space to climb above bolts while you're a little fatigued... You know, you just need the physical capacity, the stamina, to be able to endure a day like that. If that's going to be beneficial to you, then forcing yourself into that i need to get my ten pitches, or whatever it is, can be really valuable.
