The War Between Science and Religion

There is a long tradition of polemic against Catholicism and science from Protestants. Even today when we think we've honed in on a clear idea of what science is, it's still sprawling. So, if we sort of accept that when we use those terms in a contemporary context, we're talking aboutScience as a body of knowledge and religion as a group of belief systems to reduce those two down. We could do that, but even that's a bit complex really.
