The Importance of Noise in the Military

Boeing is one of those guys where if all capitalists acted like Boeing, you might be able to advance through productivity problems and intensify meaningfully technological inputs in a way that fixes things. What capitalists don't do is once they have an industry, they basically try to sit on it and use their influence over government to protect themselves as incumbent vendors. There is no room for that kind of risk because of the general declining condition of profit.
