The system is really broken at a number of places just by God sheer grace that most pastors are wonderful people who are godly. It needs to include women in this review process, and it can't just be your friends. And I got to add two things in here that you highlight in the book. Yes. There must be women in thisreview process. Number one: They need to have an accurate portrayal of their own pastor's performance and character. Oh my gosh. Yeah. Mike, in my experience, this almost never happens. Almost never happens in Christian organizations. You want somebody who had some sense of what they're getting into, some sense of the gravity of it.
