Mike: I loved outsourcing my email to an assistant 20 years ago. When we started in Pakistan, it was like, this is surely something that other entrepreneurs and busy people would need. We always enter with the inbox and the calendar; our website is all positioned around that. So when someone finds us and that's what they've been looking for, it's great. Because just like that business advice teaches, we're an option of one. There is no comparison out there. If email is your thing, I say that now probably everyone's gonna start email management company.
