The Importance of Replying to Restaurants

A lot of Chinese people would only do that if, for example, we're having seafood and it actually has a pungent smell. We wouldn't be like, well, this is not sour enough. And then the chef comes out and apologizes. That's something that I don't see here in China. Even if they get my order wrong, I don't send it back. Because I think I feel for working class people.
