What Are Low Carb Diet Approaches?

When we talk about low carb diets, we're usually talking about a diet where carbohydrate is making up less than 35 or less than 40% of total energy. So the zone diet is a popular diet that you could call a low carb approach. The South Beach diet, I haven't heard much about it in a while, but several years ago, it was quite popular. People who are doing a ton of high intensity exercise probably are not going to thrive on a low carb diet.
