The headset is controlled by your eyes and by your hands, as well as speech. When you want to do the equivalent of a mouse click or an enter key, you just click your fingers. It's looking at what your hands are doing as well as watching on your eyes,. The whole thing is controlled essentially by your eyesight. You don't have a keyboard, you have your hands moving freely in space and you have your eyes.
