Norm Jupy is the chief architect for Google's ML accelerators known as Tensor Processing Units or TPUs. He's known for his innovations in computer memory systems, including stream prefetch buffers and victim caching. Norm also served as SIGARQ Chair in the early 2000s and received the SIGARQ Distinguished Service Award in 2013.
