The SEC Has Crypto in Its Sites
The US is the greatest domicile for capital markets on the planet. 25% of global GDP, but a massive 46% of global public equity capitalization. The SEC does not regulate the world. We need to build a better financial regulator than the SEC. Free, open source, on-chain star ratings of crypto projects should be adopted by US states and foreign states in lieu of the SEC.
