I think you and I probably agree that a huge emphasis is placed on product training, a very small amount of emphasis on people training or process training. And majority of sellers are just showing up the same way every time in every interaction with every person that they're selling to and expecting to win. Organizations need to invest in this so that their sellers can actually be equipped to show up the right way when dealing with all of these different types of people.
