Allan Rice, Founder and Executive Director of the Sight Line Institute

Allan Rice is the founder and executive director of sight line institute, a think tank for sustain ability in the pacific northwest. His mission is to see if we can make the northwest a model for other places to do things especially well there that would be worth replicating. We work on housing affordability because extraordinarily high housing prices are the achilles heel of the whole urban sustainability vision. He also works on carbon pricing and democracy reform.
