When something you work on has been found to be dishonest, to what degree do you bear responsibility? Almost every single co-author on this study actually came out and made some kind of public statement. How would it be plausible for me to like download every data file and then scan it for cheating? It's really beyond I think what's possible in science.
Is there such a thing as a victimless crime? In an unfair system, is dishonesty okay? And are adolescent vandals out of ideas?
